Evaluation of Resident Emergency Congregate Shelter Based on Dominance Relation

在总结国内外学者最新研究成果的基础上,针对固定避难场所评价中属性权重未知、属性值为区间数的情况,提出基于优势关系多属性决策理论的固定避难场所评价方法。最终,通过算例验证评价方法的可行性和有效性。研究结果表明,该方法可作为评价固定避难场所适宜性的有力工具。

On the basis of summarizing the latest research results of domestic and foreign scholars,when attribute weights of evaluation index system were unknown,and the attribute values were interval numbers,the evaluation method of resident emergency congregate shelter based on dominance relation was proposed.Finally,the feasibility and availability of the evaluation method were verified by an example.The results show that this method can be a powerful tool for evaluating the suitability of resident emergency congregate shelters.
