摘要
商业建筑设计中,对商业利益的充分考虑不应是被动的,而应是创造共同价值的一种主动策略。通过杭州湖滨银泰五期的设计回顾,针对商业价值最大化需求,结合街区风貌保护、新老建筑共生、城市要素整合等内容的分析与应对,阐述了商业建筑介入特定城市环境的适宜策略。
In the architectural design of the commercial building, the adequate consideration to the commercial interests should not be a passive, but an initiative strategy to create common values. With the design review of Hangzhou Hubin Yintai phase five, aiming at the maximization request of the commercial interests, and combining the analysis and responses to the block protection of the style and features, the symbiosis of the old and new buildings, and the integration of the main urban elements, we expound the suitable strategy of the commercial building joining into the certain urban environment.
