小空间大智慧——基于“康复云”理念下的特殊儿童康复中心设计

Small Space of Great Wisdom:Special Children's Rehabilitation Center Design Under the Theory of “Rehabilitation Cloud”

我国现有各类残疾人总数约8296万人,占全国人口比例的6.34%。我国残疾人康复设施缺口很大,除北京、上海等经济发达地区外,总体建设水平较低,远不能满足目前残疾人特别是残疾儿童所需康复、医疗要求。该文拟根据"上海泰亿格新江湾康复中心"项目方案和施工设计中积累的经验和认识,通过对风格定位、功能布局、细节处理、安全把控等四个层面的具体分体,提出针对当下时代和社会环境、适合我国国情的微型特殊儿童康复中心的设计策略和方法。

The total number of existingtypes of persons with disabilities about8296 million people, accounting for 6.34% of the proportion of the population. Thereis a great gap of disabled rehabilitationfacilities, in addition to Beijing, Shanghaiand other economical developed areas, theoverall level of construction is low, whichcan not meet the current needs for therehabilitation of persons with disabilities, in particular children with disabilities, medical requirements. Based on ＂XinJiangwan Rehabilitation Centre＂ project planand architecture design of the accumulatedexperience and knowledge, throughspecific points such as controlling thestyle, functional layout, dealing details andcontrolling safety, we propose the designstrategies and methods suitable for Chinaminiature special children＇s rehabilitation center.
