医养理念下的里分建筑适老社区改造模式研究——以汉润里为例

The Transformation Model of Lifen Community for Elders Under the Concept of Medical Elderly Support:The Case of Hanrun Li

在人口老龄化问题凸显和城市旧城区过度开发的双重背景下,笔者试图将医疗养老社区与里分建筑改造相结合,利用里分建筑独特的区域位置、亲切的建筑尺度与周边齐备的医疗资源进行医养理念下的里分建筑适老化社区改造,并选取汉润里作为研究对象对其空间体系、功能业态、街巷风貌进行研究设计,进而形成一套完整的更新改造策略。

Under the double background of excessive development of old city and highlighting problem of aging population, we try to combine the medical pension community with transformation of Lifen, then using the surrounding area location, unique kind of medical resources and construction scale of Lifen to carry out the transformation of Lifen community for elders under the concept of medical elderly support. Meanwhile, we select Hanrun Li as the research object to study the design of space system, function form and street style, and then form a complete set of renewal and transformation strategy.
