基于“校企双路径”高职院校“双师型”教学团队建设研究

Research on the “Double-teacher Type”Teaching Team Construction in Higher Vocational College based on the “School-Enterprise Dual Path”

"双师型"教学团队是高职院校高素质技能型人才培养的重要保障,是学校内涵建设的首要任务。建设一支结构合理、团结协作、协同互补的高素质"双师型"教学团队,是各高职院校共同研究的重点。随着高职教育的校企合作深入,"校企双路径"模式已经成为各职业院校"双师型"教学团队建设的重要途径。通过融合校企双方目标,整合校企双方资源,建立校企双向兼职队伍,搭建团队工作平台,规范团队工作流程,建立团队管理制度,创新团队管理机制,形成"校企共赢"合作新气象。

The"double-teacher type"teaching team is an important guarantee for the training of high quality technical talents in higher vocational colleges,which is the primary task of the connotation construction of the school. It is the focus of the study of higher vocational colleges to construct a high-quality "double-teacher type"teaching team which is structured,coordinated and complementary. With the cooperation of education in higher vocational colleges,the "school-enterprise dual path"model has become an important approach to the construction of"double teacher"teaching team in various vocational colleges. By fusion between the two sides target,resource integration between both sides,we should build the two-way part-time teams and team work platform,standardize the team working process,build system of team management,innovation management mechanism,form the win-win between higher vocational colleges and cooperation together.
