摘要
现代学徒制作为技术技能型人才形成的重要路径,已在西方大国之间普遍建立和发展。我国现代学徒制起步较晚,正处于试点阶段,希望以盎格鲁撒克逊典型国家为例,对其现代学徒制发展现状的梳理与比较,能为我国现代学徒制的发展提供些许参考。相比较而言,英国和澳大利亚学徒制的现代发展在以下几个方面存在诸多异同:中等教育与现代学徒制间的关联性;企业参与及承诺;制度体系的构建。
Modern apprenticeships,as the important path to cultivate skilled talents,have been setting and developing in common between the western developed countries. However,China 's modern apprenticeship starts late and is in the pilot phase. Introducing and comparing the present situation of modern apprenticeship in Anglo-Saxon countries are expected to offer some reference for our country's modern apprenticeship. By contrast,British and Australian apprenticeship the modern society exist many similarities and differences in the following aspects: linkages between secondary education and apprenticeship; firm Involvement and commitment; the construction of modern apprenticeship system.
