摘要
文章主要针对学长制在大学新生适应教育中的作用进行研究分析,结合当前学长制应用现状以及其中存在的问题等为基础,学长制新生适应教育浅析、学长制新生适应教育在大学教育中的作用、在实际应用中存在的问题、改善意见等方面进行深入探索与研究,主要研究目的在于进一步加强新生适应教育中学长制的应用,帮助新生快速的适应大学教育。
This paper mainly focused on the senior system in College Freshmen Education in the role of research and analysis,combined with the current senior system application status and the existing problems such as the foundation,senior system adaptability education of freshmen and senior system advantage,education ideas for improving the existing problems in practical application,etc. to conduct in-depth exploration and research,the main aim of the study is to further strengthen the education of middle school students adapt to application system,to help freshmen adapt to college education more quickly.
