人文关怀是思想政治教育的本质要求,是深入实施"以人为本"办学宗旨的生动彰显。在新的时代背景下,人文关怀融入高校思想政治教育取得了令人欣喜的成绩,但也存在一些问题。因此,做好新形势下思想政治教育工作,必须要提高对思想政治教育人文关怀的认识,不断提升思想政治教育者的人文修养,致力于营造良好的外部人文环境,促进大学生自由全面发展。

Humanistic care is the essential of ideological and political education. It is also a vivid demonstration of the aim of"poeple-oriented". Under the background of the new era,humanistic care integrated into university ideological and political education has achieved exciting results,but there are also some shortcomings. Therefore,to do a good job of ideological and political education work under the new situation,must improve the understanding of the ideological and political education of humanistic care,and constantly improve the humanistic quality of ideological and political educators,is committed to creating a favorable external cultural environment,to promote the free and comprehensive development of college students.
