The Cultivation Strategies for Business English Majors in the Internet Plus Era from the Education Ecology Perspective

"互联网+"时代下,我国的跨境电商贸易发展迅猛,行业的新趋势迫使以此为主要就业方向的高职商务英语专业要与时俱进进行人才培养方案的调整与改革。根据教育生态学的理论,在机体发展的生态环境中存在各种限制因子,教育工作者要抓住最关键的限制因子才能够找到教学改革的突破口。从教育生态学的角度来研究,高职商务英语专业应该进行学科跨界融合、信息化教学手段运用、开放与合作的外部生态圈构建以及个体可持续发展的生态培养观念的改革,以适应这个新时代给行业带来的挑战。

In the Internet plus era,China's cross-border electronic business industry has a rapid development,which leads a new trend of China's import and export business. As we vocational Business Majors are cultivated to work in this field,new trends provide an opportunity and post the threads at the same time,as long as we vocational college can realize that a certain adjustments are needed right now. This thesis analyses that there are limiting factors in its educational ecology system which restrain an effective and instant reaction based on Cremin's educational ecology theory. Therefore,it put forwards the strategies on a diversified cultivation system,internal and external ecology environment construction and a sustainable development attitude in talents cultivation.
