中华优秀传统文化融入高职学生思想政治教育的对策探析

The Countermeasure of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture into the Ideological and Political Education of Higher Vocational Students

时代的发展,社会的变革,外来文化的干扰、不良信息的冲击,大学生的思维观念、价值取向、生活方式等方面都发生了非常大的变化,给当前大学生思想政治教育工作带来了一定的挑战。本文从高职院校传统文化融入思想政治教育的现状入手,分析其中存在欠缺的原因主要是重视程度不够、师资队伍建设不足、内容方式方法有待改进、学生自我约束力较弱、课外实践环节欠缺,接下来对中华优秀传统文化博大精深,其中所蕴含的育人理念、民族精神和时代精神,对大学生思想政治教育工作的重要价值进行阐述,既有利于中华优秀传统文化的继承和发展,又对于加强和改进大学生思想政治教育,提升思想政治教育效果和社会主义建设人才的可持续发展具有十分重要的意义,最后从充分利用思想政治理论课堂的主渠道作用、以优秀传统文化引领校园文化建设、占领新媒体阵地、优秀传统文化融入专业教育和开展形式多样的校外实践活动五个方面进行对策探析。

It has brought some challenges to the current ideological and political education work with the development of time, the change of the society, the interference of foreign culture, the impact of bad information, the thinking of college students, value orientation and way of life. This article brought the traditional culture into the current situation of the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,and analyses the reason of which have defects mainly to none enough value degree, lack of teaching staff construction, content, methods, weaker self-discipline, and extracurricular practice. It analyzes the extensive and profound Chinese excellent traditional culture, which contains the concept of educating people, the national spirit and the spirit of times on college students＇ ideological and political education work of the important value. It is beneficial of the inheritance and development of the Chinese excellent traditional culture to strengthen and improve ideological and political education, enhance the ideological and political education effect. The construction of socialist talent is of great significance to sustainable development. It finally carries on the countermeasure analysis from five aspects of making full use of the role of main channel of ideological and political theory class, leading the construction of campus culture with excellent traditional culture, occupation of new media positions, excellent traditional culture into the professional education and various forms of off-campus practice.
