我国“医养结合”居家养老服务发展困境与对策

Research on the Development of Medical-nursing Combined Home Care Mode

目前我国养老服务体系建设还不能满足老年人入住养老机构的需求,绝大多数老年人只能选择居家养老。老年人的身体状况使得医与养必须相结合,因此,今后应大力发展"医养结合"居家养老服务。目前我国在人才、政策、财力、观念等方面还难以满足"医养结合"居家养老模式发展需求,必须采取加快多元化服务主体的构建、加大政府配套性政策措施支持、培育相关人才、丰富社区卫生服务中心服务内容等措施加以解决。

At present,the construction of the institutional care service system cannot meet the needs of the elderly,so the majority of the elderly can only choose home care. The physical condition of the old people needs medical-nursing combined service. However,at present,China has difficulty in meeting the development demand of medical-nursing combined home care mode in terms of talents,policies,financial resources and concepts,so we must take some measures to solve these problems,such as accelerating the diversification of the main service construction,increasing government supporting policies,cultivating talents,enriching the community health service centers.
