“互联网+”时代旅游志愿服务的发展方向

Development of the Volunteer Service of Tourism with “Internet +”

随着旅游业逐渐上升为国民经济的战略性支柱产业,从中央到地方都对其发展给予了很高关注。在世界范围内,学界普遍将旅游志愿服务能力视为旅游业发展水平的重要标志之一。但是由于种种原因,当前我国旅游志愿服务并不完善,主要存在管理制度繁杂、社会公信力低和活动组织能力不足等问题,令政府难以从一些琐碎事务中抽身,专注于政策制定、行业监管等工作,在某种程度上阻碍了旅游业健康发展。对此,要充分发挥电子政务的优势,建立一站式服务平台,提升行政效率,同时完善有关法律规章制度,由传统的"管制型政府"向"服务型政府"转变,激发旅游志愿组织的内在活力。而旅游志愿组织自身也应顺应潮流,更新组织运营理念,通过激励与提升成员的荣誉感,实现组织的可持续发展。

As the tourism industry plays an important part in national economy,they have given great attention to their development from the country to the place. It is widely regarded as one of the important signs of tourism development. Because of so many reasons,we have many deficiencies in the supply of public service,especially the tourism of volunteer service is imperfect makes government can not get away from the trivial affairs,and focus on policy and industry regulations,etc. It is not good for the healthy development of the tourism industry. By analyzing those date,we find that the service of tourism volunteer in China has some problems,such as the legal system is not sound,management system is complex,the social credibility is not enough and lacking of ability to organize activities. With the help of new media,e-government and big date technology,we can solve those problems.
