当今中国政治文化的来源主要是中国传统文化、马克思主义、红色革命文化,以及中国现代化建设创造的实践文化。政治文化作为社会政治的精神现象,其形成和发展是由社会经济基础所决定,并且与之相适应的。因此,政治文化一方面具有继承性,另一方面又必须随着实践的发展而发展,与社会实践保持相对的适应性。但更重要的是,政治文化要在社会实践中不断创新。当今中国政治文化的发展出现了一些不健康的趋势,对中国政治权威产生了冲击,对政治具有解构的作用,这不利于社会发展和现代化建设。因此,中国现代化建设需要构建健康的政治文化。

The source of the contemporary Chinese political culture is mainly the Chinese traditionalculture, Marxism, the red revolutionary culture and the practical culture created by China＇ s modernizationconstruction. Chinese political culture,as the spiritual phenomenon of social politics,its formationand development are determined by the socio - economic base, and is compatible with it. Accordingly,the political culture, on the one hand, has the inheritance, on the other hand, must developwith the development of practice,and maintains the relative compatibility with the social practice.But,more importantly, the political culture should innovate unceasingly in the social practice. However,there are some unhealthy trends in the development of Chinese political culture today,which hasimpacted on the political authority of China today, has the deconstruction function to the politics, andis unfavorable to social development and modernization construction. Therefore, the construction ofChina’s modernization needs to build a healthy political culture.
