当前中国社会转型中政治不信任的原因:政治文化视角的分析

Reasons of the Political Distrust in Present China's Social Transformation——An Analysis From the Perspective of the Political Culture

在当前中国社会转型过程中,出现了政治不信任现象,这对于推进全面深化改革战略、构建社会主义和谐社会是十分不利的。从政治文化视角观察,出现政治不信任现象的原因主要有:基于人性善假设的制度设计理念、多元与混乱的价值观念体系、缺失了的耻感文化等。对于当前中国社会转型中的政治不信任现象,应当注意三点:一是要勇于直面当前中国社会转型过程中的政治不信任现象,二是准确判断当前中国社会转型过程中政治不信任现象的性质,三是要认识到政治不信任也有其正面的功能。

In China, s social transformation at present,the phenomenon of the political distrust emerges,which is extremely disadvantageous for promoting the strategy of comprehensive deeping reformand constructing the socialist harmonious society. From the perspective of the political culture, themain reasons of the political distrust are as follows ： the system design idea based on the hypothesis ofkind human nature, the values system of pluralism and chaos, the missing shame - based culture,etc. Accordingly, we should pay attention to three aspects on the phenomenon ： having the courage toface this phenomenon, accurately judging its properties and recognizing its positive function.
