特邀组织员制度是我党经过多年建设和工作总结出来的宝贵经验,对于进一步增强高校学生党建工作实效性,做好大学生党员培养工作,完善高校思想政治工作体系等发挥着重要作用。借鉴近年来海南大学信息科学技术学院党委开展特邀党建组织员工作经验,就新时期高校特邀党建组织员队伍建设进行探讨,进一步增强特邀党建组织员在大学生思想政治工作中的实效性。
