Application of Chemical Profile Control and Channeling Blocking Technology in Multi-Round Steam Huff-puff Wells of High-Viscosity Oil Reservoir of Liaohe Oilfield

摘要 针对辽河油田稠油区块高轮次吞吐井地层压力低、亏空严重、汽窜突出、采油速度低等问题,结合多年研发及现场应用,形成了适用于辽河油田稠油油藏高轮次吞吐井化学调剖封窜技术,研制出复合高温调剖剂、高温混相暂堵剂、触变性无机凝胶封窜剂、深部调剖剂、多效稠油助采剂等系列调堵封窜剂。有效地改善了高轮次吞吐井层内间吸汽不均的状况,提高蒸汽波及体积和稠油返排能力,解决了井间汽窜问题,改善了辽河油田稠油油藏的开发效果。近3年来,现场应用215井次,取得明显增油降水效果。 In view of the problems like low formation pressure, severe production deficit, serious stream channeling, and low oil recovery rate, etc. occurred in the multi-round steam huff-puff wells of the high- viscosity oil reservoir block of Liaohe Oilfield, a chemical profile control and channeling blocking technology as well as a series of plugging control and channeling profile control agent, a high temperature mixed phase channeling sealing agent, a deep profile control agent agent, etc. suitable for application in the multi-round sealing agents including a composite high temperature temporary blocking agent, a thixotropic inorganic gel and a multiple-effect viscous crude oil displacement steam huff-puff wells of the high-viscosity oil reservoir of Liaohe Oilfield were developed based on the research and development as well as the experiences of field application of many years. The nonuniform steam absorption within multi-round steam huff-puff well layers has been reduced effectively, the steam swept volume and the viscous crude flowback capacity has been increased, the inter-well stream channeling has been eliminated, and the development of the viscous crude oil reservoir of Liaohe Oilfield has been improved since the application of this technology. This technology has been used for 215 well-times and substantial oil production increase and water reduction effect has been achieved in recent three years.
