摘要
氟碳表面活性剂可降低水溶液的表面张力。为了提高氟碳表面活性剂的性能,现采用含氟单体合成了新型氟碳表面活性剂XJFC,筛选出适宜的合成条件为:n(NaOH)∶n(牛磺酸)∶n(3-全氟辛基环氧丙烷)为1.1∶1.1∶1,反应温度为70℃,反应时间24 h。室内测试结果表明:0.01%的XJFC水溶液表面张力为16.5 mN/m。合成的氟碳表面活性剂降低表面张力的能力更强,在油田酸化压裂领域有广泛的应用前景。
Fluorocarbon surfactant is often used for reducing the surface tension of aqueous solution. To further improve the performance of fluorocarbon surfactant, a new fluorinated monomer was used to synthesize Fluorocarbon Surfactant XJFC, and the suitable synthesis conditions were identified as follows :n(NaOH) : n(taurine) :(3 -perfluoro octyl propylene oxide) = 1.1:1.1:1, the reaction temperature is 70℃, and the reaction time is 24 h. The results of laboratory test have shown that the surface tension of the aqueous solution containing 0. 01% XJFC is 16. 5 mN/m. The synthesized fluorocarbon surfactant has stronger capacity of reducing the surface tension, and it has wide application prospect in acid fracturing field in oilfield.
