摘要
采用易于工业化的液相沉淀法,在AEO9/十八胺盐酸盐的作用下,合成了改性纳米氢氧化镁。改性剂的用量为0.2%(复配改性剂占合成试样的质量分数)时,AEO9与十八胺盐酸盐合适的质量配比为5∶1。利用XRD、TEM、N2吸附、表观密度分析等对改性前后试样进行了表征,结果表明,改性后纳米氢氧化镁的分散性好、结晶度高。红外光谱和沉淀体积实验表明:该方法可以使改性剂吸附在氢氧化镁颗粒表面,使氢氧化镁表面由亲水性变成亲油性,提高了氢氧化镁在有机介质中的分散稳定性。
Modified nano magnesium hydroxide was synthesized under the action of AEO9/octadecylamine hydrochloride in a liquid precipitation process that is easy to be commercialized. It was found that when the amount of modifier is 0. 2% (the mass fraction of prepared modifier in synthesized sample) , the suitable mass ratio of AEO9 to octadecylamine hydrochloride is 5 : 1. The sample was characterized using the techniques of XRD, TEM, N2 adsorption and apparent density analysis, etc. before and after being modified, and the results have shown that the modified nano magnesium hydroxide has good dispersivity and high crystallinity. According to the results of IR spectroscopy and precipitation volume experiment, modifier can be adsorbed onto the surfaces of magnesium hydroxide particles and the surface of magnesium hydroxide can be changed from hydrophilia to lipophilicity, thus improving the dispersion stability of magnesium hydroxide in organic medium when this technique is used.
