卫勤分队灾害医学救援实战化培训模块

Module Construction of Actual Combat Training of Medical Service Unit in Disaster Medical Rescue

目的回顾分析灾害医学救援发展现状、存在问题,探索构建适应卫勤分队应对灾害的医学救援能力培训模块。方法通过文献回顾、专家访谈、比较研究、专家咨询等方法,对卫勤分队灾害医学救援能力培训内容进行筛选和研究。结果初步构建一套集专题理论培训模块、模拟技能训练模块、综合实践评估模块三位一体的灾害医学救援实战化培训模块。结论该培训模块基于某院野战医疗所实践救援经验进行构建完善,对军队卫勤分队进行普及培训具有科学的指导意义和实用价值。

Objective This research aims to establish a rescuing capacity training module which is suitable for medical service corps to deal with the disaster medical rescue,through reviewing the status of current development and existing problems of the medical disaster rescue. Methods In order to study and screen the training contents of the disaster medical rescue capability for the medical service team,research methods including literature review,typical case study,comparative studies and expert consultation were employed in the present study. Results We primarily established an actual combat training module of the disaster medical rescue,including three items： specialization theory training,simulate drill and comprehensive practice evaluation. Conclusion As this training module is established and improved based on the practice experience of the field medical station in Southwest Hospital,this module therefore possesses scientific guiding significance and practical value,and it is beneficial to promote and use it in the training of military medical service forces.
