摘要
目的调查和分析海军西、南沙守礁部队官兵医疗保健现状与就医满意率情况,为下一步更好制定和改善相关工作提供依据。方法随机抽取驻西、南沙岛礁及驻湛江某部海军官兵共230人为调查对象,分为西沙组、南沙组及湛江组。共发放问卷230份,收回调查问卷226份。使用Excel 2016进行数据录入,采用SPSS 21.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果从医疗保健现状调查方面看,三组对象在"是否接收过健康指导""是否阅读过健康宣传栏""是否获得过卫生知识资料""是否参加过健康知识讲座",以及"就医是否方便"等五个方面均有明显差异(P<0.05);西沙组与南沙组在"是否获得过卫生知识资料""是否参加过健康知识讲座"和"就医是否方便"等方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在"是否接受过健康体检"方面三组之间无差异。从就医满意度调查方面看,在"医疗技术水平满意率""就诊程序满意率""基本药品供应满意率""基本设备配置满意率"和"总体满意率"五项方面的比较,湛江组均高于西沙组和南沙组(P<0.05)。西沙组"就诊程序满意率"高于南沙组(P<0.05)。三组对于"医护人员的服务态度满意率""医疗环境满意率",以及"基本设备配置满意率"三方面无明显差异。结论西、南沙岛礁的卫勤保障工作要结合实际,不仅要注重医院专业技术水平的提升,更要注重官兵自我医疗保健的意识和能力。作为军医大学,应以一线调研为引导,探索海军全科军医培养模式,提高西、南沙岛礁医务人员的整体医疗技术水平;以协作交流为平台,尝试与海军其他医院开展协作帮带机制,提高驻西、南沙岛礁医疗机构基本药品供应和诊疗效果;以"互联网"和"大数据"为契机,建立部队官兵医疗保健综合服务平台,为海军西、南沙守礁部队卫勤保障体系提供有力的科技支撑。
Objective Through investigating and analyzing on the status of medical care and the satisfaction rate of medical treatment in naval officers and soldiers in the Xisha Islands and the Nansha Islands,authors aim to provide the basis for development and improvement of related work. Methods 230 naval officers and soldiers were randomly selected from the Xisha Islands,the Nansha Islands and an army in Zhanjiang,and divided into Xisha group,Nansha group and Zhanjiang group. 230 questionnaires were distributed,and 226 questionnaires were returned. The datum were inputted by Excel 2016 and analyzed by SPSS 21. 0. Results As for the status of medical care,we found that the three groups in "receive health guidance or not","read health publicity column or not","receive heath knowledge information or not","participate in health lectures or not"and"medical convenience"were significantly different( P 0. 05). There was significant difference between Xisha group and Nansha group in"receive health knowledge information or not""participate in health lectures or not"and "medical convenience"( P 0. 05). No difference was found among the three groups in"receive physical examination or not". Compared with Zhanjiang group,the satisfaction rate of" medical technology"" medical procedures"" basic drug supply ""basic equipment configuration"and"overall satisfaction rate"were higher than those of Xisha group and Nansha group( P 0. 05). The satisfaction rate of "medical procedures"in Xisha group was higher than that in Nansha group( P 0. 05). There was no significant difference among the three groups in the satisfaction rate of "service attitude","medical environment"and "basic equipment". Conclusion We should combine actuality with medical support in the Xisha Islands and the Nansha Islands. We should not only pay attention to the improvement of the professional and technical level,but also focus on the idea and ability of self-health care. As a military medical university,it is necessary to explore the general practitioners training model of the Navy on the guide of investigation,and improve the overall medical technology level in the Xisha Islands and the Nansha islands. It is indispensable to collaborate and communicate with other naval hospitals,and improve the basic drug supply and treatment effects in the Xisha Islands and the Nansha islands. It is significant to establish a comprehensive medical and health service platform depending on the internet and big data,and provide strong technical support for medical support system in the West Islands and the Nansha islands.
