Application of CICARE Model on Nurse-patient Communication in SICU

目的探讨"C接触-I介绍-C沟通-A询问-R回答-E离开"(CICARE)沟通模式,在某军队三甲医院SICU护患沟通中的应用效果。方法在对44名护士进行为期1个月的CICARE沟通模式培训并考核合格后,在该SICU全面应用CICARE模式实施护患沟通;通过自行设计的问卷调查表,比较该模式实施前后各130例患者对护患沟通的满意度评价,以及44名护士对自身沟通能力的自我评价;同时,通过质性访谈了解护士应用CICARE沟通模式的体验。结果应用CICARE沟通模式后的130例患者对护患沟通的总体满意度评价较应用前明显提高(P<0.05);应用CICARE沟通模式后,护士对自身沟通能力的自我评价得分显著高于应用前(P<0.05);护士普遍反映,由于CICARE沟通模式对护士的沟通能力、态度以及专业水平等提出更高要求,因此,其必然要提高自我学习的主动性和自身服务的综合素质以适应该模式的有效实施。结论运用CICARE模式实施护患沟通,有利于督促护士提升自我沟通能力以满足有效护患沟通需求,也有利于提高护士自我学习的主动性和综合素质,提升服务满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of CICARE（ Contact-Introduce-Communication-Ask-Respond-Exit） model on nurse-patient communication in SICU of a tertiary general hospital. Methods CICARE model was applied in the SICU after training and examination qualified among 44 nurses for one month.Through the self-designed questionnaires,compare the satisfaction of nurse-patient communication among control and experimental group of 130,and 44 nurses were evaluated on their communication ability by themselves; At the same time,understand the experience of nurses CICARE communication mode through the qualitative interview.Results The satisfaction of nurse-patient communication was increased significantly in the experimental group of130 nurses using CICARE model（（ P 0. 05）. And the self-evaluation of nurses was higher than the control group（ P 0. 05）; Nurses reflected that implementation of CICARE mode could put forward higher requirements about communication skills,attitudes,professional level and so on for nurses,so nurses should improve their initiative of self learning and self service comprehensive qualities to adapt the model. Conclusion Using CICARE model is conducive for nurses to improve the communication skills in order to satisfy the demands of effective communication,to improve the nurse self learning initiative and comprehensive quality,as well as service satisfaction.
