腹膜透析专业护理门诊对患者透析质量的影响

Effect of Professional Nursing Clinic on Peritoneal Dialysis Quality of Patients

目的探讨腹膜透析专业护理门诊对患者透析质量的影响。方法收集医院腹膜透析中心行腹膜透析置管的患者150例,在2012年3月—2016年3月连续4年腹透,无掉队,收集这些患者在开展腹膜透析护理门诊前(2012年3月—2014年3月)和护理门诊后(2014年3月—2016年3月)的临床资料,进行前后对比。结果 150例腹膜透析患者在参与护理门诊前后对比发现,腹膜炎的发生率、住院率、干体重、收缩压、钙、磷、甲状旁腺激素、甘油三酯、胆固醇及血糖均降低,P<0.05;血红蛋白、白蛋白以及腹透充分性都有所增高,P<0.05。结论腹膜透析专业护士主导的护理门诊在腹膜透析治疗中起到积极的作用,提高腹膜透析质量,进而改善患者的生活质量和延长寿命,并能更好地回归社会,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of professional nursing clinic for patients in peritoneal dialysis（ PD）. Methods Collect data of 150 PD patient cases from March 2012 to March 2016,PD patients＇ correlation data will be compared,which carry out the drain care clinic patients before and after. Results Compared with the incidence of 150 cases of patients with abdominal before and after opening nursing clinic,and peritonitis,hospitalization rate,dry weight,systolic blood pressure,calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone,triglyceride,cholesterol and fasting blood sugar were decreased（ P 0. 05）. However,the levels of hemoglobin,albumin and PD adequacy were increased（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion PD nurse leading professional nursing outpatient has played a positive role in PD treatment,which improves the quality of peritoneal dialysis and prolongs PD patients＇ life.
