摘要
目的针对2016年重庆市暨三峡库区基层卫生人员远程培训提出相应的改进路径,旨在为基层卫生人员远程培训的完善提供有益的借鉴。方法通过大型问卷调查的方法,对参加培训的基层卫生人员进行问卷调查,并分析调查结果,共发放问卷12 622份,回收有效问卷12 622份。便于发现基层卫生人员远程培训在实施过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的改进路径。结果有73%的参训人员对此次培训质量认可度高,有90%的参训人员认为师资力量不错,在培训设备上,有55%的乡村医生和56%的非乡村医生满意,培训内容难易度评价中,19%的乡村医生和4%非村医认为很难听懂,培训期望上,有90%的参训学员希望增加医学前沿技术。结论应继续加强对基层卫生人员远程培训的投入和改进,完善远程培训的设计及规划,为未来基层卫生人员远程培训提供决策和依据。
Objective This study aimed at 2016 Chongqing city and the Three Gorges Reservoir Area grass-roots health personnel remote training,and put forward the corresponding improvement path,to provide some useful reference for the perfection of the remote training. Methods Through large-scale questionnaire survey,this study conducted grass-roots health personnel of remote training questionnaire survey and analyzed the results of the survey,a total of 12622 questionnaires were issued,with 12622 effective questionnaires,to find the problems of remote training in the implementation process,and put forward the corresponding improvement path.Results The survey found that 73% of participating trainees hold the high levels of perception in training quality,and 90% of participating trainees thought that remote training enjoys an outstanding teacher resource,55% rural doctors and 56% non-rural doctors thought that the training facilities were extremely advanced. It was difficult to understand the course for 19% rural doctors and 4% non-rural doctors,and 90% of participating trainees wanted to increase the frontiers of medicine in training expected. Conclusion It is necessary to continue strengthening Chongqing city and the Three Gorges Reservoir Area grass-roots health personnel remote training investment and improvement,and perfecting the design and planning of the remote training,in order to provide decision-making and basis for the future grass-roots health personnel remote training.
