医院药品经济管理体系构建

Construction of Hospital Drug Economic Management System

针对公立医院医疗费用偏高、增长速度过快等管理问题,提出通过提升医院药品经济管理水平,实现在现有医疗资源配属不变及各项医疗数质量指标稳步提高的情况下,有效控制医疗费用增长,降低住院患者次均药费及药品占比的新做法。实践证明,不断提高医院药品经济管理水平,是提升医院内涵建设、实现医院资源优化配置、降低医疗成本、增强可持续发展能力的有效途径。

Aiming at the problems of high medical costs and fast growth rate in public hospital,a new practice was proposed for controlling the growth of medical expenses reducing inpatient average cost of drugs and drug proportion effectively under the condition of configuration of medical resources not changing and the number of medical quality indicators steadily improved. It is proved by practice that improving the level of hospital drug economic management is an effective way to enhance the hospital construction of connotation,to optimize the allocation of hospital resources,to reduce medical costs and to enhance the ability of sustainable development.
