摘要
目的初步探讨由本课题组研制的新型全身振动减振垫的减振效果,为该新型全身振动减振垫的运用与推广提供依据。方法通过采用实验室与作业现场试验相结合的方法,分别测量不同条件下全身振动加速度和频谱数据(4种条件包括:振动实验台未覆盖减振垫、振动实验台覆盖减振垫、抽水蓄能电站作业现场未覆盖减振垫以及抽水蓄能电站作业现场覆盖减振垫)。采用独立样本t检验比较新型全身振动减振垫的影响。结果实验室试验:在振动实验台未覆盖减振垫条件下,全身振动加速度RMS值为(2.51±0.71)m/s2;在振动实验台覆盖减振垫条件下,全身振动加速度RMS值为(0.55±0.11)m/s2;二者差异具有统计学意义(t=6.63,P<0.05)。某抽水蓄能电站作业现场试验:作业现场未覆盖减振垫条件下,全身振动加速度RMS值为(1.35±0.05)m/s2;作业现场覆盖减振垫条件下,全身振动加速度RMS值为(0.14±0.10)m/s2;两者比较差异具有统计学意义(t=56.20,P<0.05)。结论该新型全身振动减振垫能较好地降低抽水蓄能电站的全身振动水平,对保护现场作业人员的职业健康与职业安全有积极作用。
Objective To explore the vibration reduction effect of the new type of whole-body vibration damper which developed by the research group,to provide evidence for the application and popularization of the new type vibration damping cushion.Methods Through laboratory test combined with operation site test,the acceleration and spectral data of the whole body under different conditions were measured respectively( The four kinds of conditions include: vibration experimental bench did not covered with vibration damping cushion; vibration experimental bench covered with vibration damping cushion; pumped storage power plant operating site did not covered with vibration damping,cushion and pumped storage power plant operating field covered with vibration damping cushion). The effect of the new type of vibration damping cushion was compared with the independent sample t test method.Results Laboratory test: Under the covered vibration damping cushion conditions of vibration experimental bench,the whole body vibration acceleration x ± s was 0. 55 ± 0. 11 m/s^2; without covered,the whole body vibration acceleration x±s was 2.51 ± 0.71 m/s^2,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). A pumped storage power station operation site test: under the covered vibration damping cushion conditions of operation site,the whole body vibration acceleration x±s was 0.14 ± 0.10 m/s^2; without covered,the whole body vibration acceleration x±s was 1.35 ± 0.05 m/s^2,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion The new type of vibration damping cushion can better reduce the level of vibration of the pumped storage power station,and have a positive effect on protecting the occupational health and occupational safety of the site operators.
