小细胞肺癌组织miRNA-92a-2表达与预后相关性

Expression of miRNA-92a-2 in small cell lung cancer tissues and correlation with prognosis

目的探讨miRNA-92a-2在小细胞肺(SCLC)癌组织中的表达及与预后的相关性。方法回顾性分析2010年12月至2015年3月本院行手术治疗的58例SCLC患者的临床资料。采用定量RT-PCR检测癌标本中miRNA-92a-2的表达水平,根据表达水平高低将患者分为高表达组和低表达组;分析miRNA-92a-2表达水平与肺癌患者相关性,同时分析影响SCLC患者预后的独立危险因素。结果高表达组患者48例,低表达组患者10例;miRNA-92a-2的表达量与SCLC患者临床及病理特征有明显相关性(χ2=25.925,P<0.01);miRNA-92a-2高表达组患者的中位生存期(15.5个月)明显低于低表达组患者(29个月),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Cox回归模型多因素分析显示:分期、复发转移和miRNA-92a-2表达是SCLC患者预后的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论SCLC患者miRNA-92a-2高表达,分期、复发转移和miRNA-92a-2高表达可增加患者预后不良的概率。

Objective To investigate the expression of miRNA-92 a-2 in small cell lung cancer and its correlation with prognosis.Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of small cell lung cancer patients treated by surgery from December 2010 to March 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The expression level of miRNA-92 a-2 in the cases of lung cancer tissues were detected by quantitative RT-PCR,the correlation of the expression of miRNA-92 a-2 with SCLC patients were analyzed. The relationship between miRNA-92 a-2 expression and survival of small cell lung cancer and independent factors of prognosis were also analyzed.Results 48 cases of patients were belong to high expression group,10 cases of patients with low expression group; the expression of mirna-92 a-2 was significantly correlated with the clinical and pathological features of patients with SCLC（ χ^2= 25.925,P〈0.01）; the high expression of mirna-92 a-2 median survival group（ 15.5 months）was significantly lower than the low expression group（ 29 months）. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）;multivariate analysis showed that Cox regression model： staging,recurrence and metastasis and mirna-92 a-2 expression were independent factors affecting the prognosis of patients with SCLC（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion High expression of mi RNA-92 a-2 is related to small cell lung cancer,and the expression of miRNA-92 a-2 is associated with a poor prognosis in patients with small cell lung cancer.
