老年2型糖尿病用药依从性不佳患者舒适度的因素分析

Analysis of influences of comfort from elderly patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with poor compliance

目的了解影响社区老年2型糖尿病患者(T2DM)舒适度的相关因素,探讨应用舒适理论评估其用药依从性的可行性。方法简化舒适量表评估老年T2DM患者舒适度,自行设计的调查表分析影响其舒适度的相关因素。结果 GCQ量表中文版Cronbach’sɑ系数为0.879,内容效度0.848,结构效度KMO值0.753。logistic回归方程分析,主要因素为是否签约服务(P=0.007)及服药频率(P=0.016)。结论可用GCQ量表评估老年糖尿病患者的用药依从性,用药舒适和家庭医生签约服务可作为糖尿病患者长期用药依从性的切入点。

Objective To understand the related factors of the comfort from elderly patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus（ T2 DM） with poor compliance in the community,and to explore the feasibility of applying the comfort theory in the medication compliance.Methods General comfort questionnaire（ GCQ） was used to evaluate the comfort of the elderly patients of T2 DM and the self-designed questionnaire was used to explore the related factors. Results The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient of GCQ scale in Chinese version was 0.879. The content validity was 0.848 and construct validity of KMO was 0.753.Logistic regression equation showed the main factors were whether signing service and medication frequency. Conclusion GCQ scale can be used to evaluate the medication compliance of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Medication comfort and family doctor signing service can be used as a breakthrough point for long-term medication compliance of diabetic patients.
