摘要
目的研究探讨S100A1、人源葡萄糖转运蛋白(GLUT-1)及微囊蛋白1(Caveolin-1)在嗜酸细胞性肾癌中的表达意义。方法选取2014年2月至2016年2月该院诊治的嗜酸细胞性肾癌患者86例,其中肾嗜酸细胞瘤(RO)组25例、嗜酸型透明细胞性细胞瘤(CCRCC)21例、嗜酸型嫌色细胞癌(ChRCC)15例、嗜酸型乳头状肾癌(PRCC)13例、上皮样血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(EAML)12例。应用组织芯片技术联合免疫组织化学法对S100A1、GLUT-1及Caveolin-1在各组患者体内的表达情况进行检测。结果 S100A1在ChRCC组中的阳性表达率显著低于其余各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GLUT-1在CCRCC组中的阳性表达率显著高于其余各组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Caveolin-1在EAML组中阳性表达率显著高于RO组及ChRCC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。S100A1诊断RO、EAML的敏感性较高,GLUT-1诊断CCRCC的敏感性较高,Caveolin-1诊断EAML的敏感性及特异性均较高。结论 S100A1可用于临床上对RO的鉴别诊断,GLUT-1可用于CCRCC的鉴别诊断,而Caveolin-1可用于鉴别诊断EAML。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of S100 A1,GLUT-1 and Caveolin-1 in renal cell carcinoma of renal cell carcinoma and to analyze its significance.Methods From February 2014 to February 2016,in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of eosinophilic acid cell of patients with renal cell carcinoma 86 cases,using tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry method of S100 A1,GLUT-1 and caveolin-1 expression in the patient's body were detected.Results The positive expression rate of S100 A1 in RO was significantly higher than that in the positive expression rate of ChRCC in the positive expression rate,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). GLUT-1 in thermophiles acid type in ccrcc positive expression rate was significantly higher than that of the RO,addicted to PRCC acid type,acid type chrcc eosinophil and eaml positive expression rate. The differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The positive expression rate of Caveolin-1 in EAML was significantly higher than that in RO as well as in the positive expression rate of ChRCC. The difference was statistically significant( P〈0.05). S100 A1 diagnosis of RO,high sensitivity of EAML,GLUT-1 diagnosis of eosinophilic CCRCC sensitivity was higher,Caveolin-1 had a high sensitivity and specificity for the diagnosis of EAML.Conclusion S100 A1 can be used for clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of oncocytic tumors of eosinophils and GLUT-1 can be used for differential diagnosis of clear cell carcinoma of acid type of be addicted to and caveolin-1 may be used for differential diagnosis of epithelioid angiomyolipoma.
