摘要
目的观察S-烯虫酯可湿性粉剂抑制捕蝇笼诱饵蝇类羽化的现场效果。方法捕蝇笼诱捕法。结果S-烯虫酯可湿性粉剂10、50、100 mg/kg 3个浓度组的羽化抑制率分别为17.97%、74.42%和91.76%,3个浓度组效果差别显著(χ2=302.653,P<0.05),100 mg/kg浓度组效果最好。蝇类死于前蛹期、蛹期和羽化期,以蛹期为主,占68.28%。结论用100 mg/kg S-烯虫酯可湿性粉剂控制捕蝇笼诱饵的蝇类羽化效果明显,S-烯虫酯能够抑制蝇类羽化。
Objective To observe the inhibition effect of S-methoprene wettable powder on the eclosion of fly larvae in fly-traps. Methods Attracting method of fly-traps was used. Results The eclosion inhibition rates by Smethoprene wettable powder at the concentrations of 10,50 and 100 mg/kg were 17. 97%,74. 42% and 91. 76%respectively. The effects of the three concentrations were significantly different( χ^2= 302. 653,P0. 05).The 100 mg/kg concentration displayed the best effect.The flies died in prepupal period,pupal period and emergence period,and mostly in pupal period accounted for 68. 28%.Conclusion The inhibition effect on the eclosion of fly larvae in flytraps was obvious with 100 mg/kg S-methoprene wettable powder.
