宝鸡市淡色库蚊对5种杀虫剂的抗药性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解宝鸡市淡色库蚊对DDT、氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、双硫磷5种常用杀虫剂的抗药性,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法用区分剂量法和半数致死量法测定淡色库蚊对常用药物的抗性。结果依据区分剂量抗性评价标准,宝鸡市淡色库蚊对滴滴涕和溴氰菊酯属于抗性群体(R),对氯氰菊酯判断为初步抗性群体(M)。宝鸡市淡色库蚊对5种药物的LC50高于敏感试虫,抗性倍数范围为3.13~20.22,以高效氯氰菊酯最高(20.22倍)。结论根据抗药性调查结果,合理使用杀虫剂,延缓蚊虫抗药性的发展。 Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to chlorophenothane( DDT),cypermethrin,beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin and dithiophosphate 5 insecticides in Baoji City and provide the basis for the scientific use of insecticides. Methods The distinguishing dosage method and the median lethal dose of insecticides were used in the determination of resistance of Culex pipiens pallens. Results According to evaluation standard of distinguishing dosage resistance,Culex pipiens pallens was resistant to chlorophenothane( DDT) and deltamethrin,and preliminary resistant to cypermethrin. Based on the LC50 s,Culex pipiens pallens evolved some resistance to the insecticides tested with the resistance ratio from 3. 13 to 20. 22.The highest resistance of 20. 22 folds was to cypermethrin.Conclusion The rational use of insecticides should be carried out for delaying the development of insecticide resistance of mosquitoes in Baoji.
