有害生物防治业中应用四项病媒生物监测国家标准情况调查研究

Survey on the application of Four Vector Surveillance Standards in the Pest Control Operations

目的有害生物防治业是目前市场上提供病媒生物防治服务的主体,研究中调查了病媒生物监测国家标准在PCO企业进行病媒生物防治工作中的应用情况,并研究监测方法国家标准对PCO企业更好开展防治服务的促进作用。方法在研究中,问卷调查方法被应用于PCO企业对于病媒生物监测国家标准认知、应用及对企业经营管理的促进作用的分析。结果在对四项病媒生物监测国家标准获知方面,93.2%PCO企业对标准都有了解,70%以上的PCO企业开展了内部的监测标准的培训。超过90%以上的PCO企业在实际服务中应用到了国家监测标准方法,其对于公司树立防治服务规范化的良好公司形象与声誉、提高病媒生物防治服务质量与水平两方面均有较好的作用;但是对于公司提高公司效益及加强员工绩效考核方面提高作用一般。调查还发现PCO企业仍需要加强监测标准的培训及对监测标准的应用进行监管。结论研究结果阐明了四项病媒生物监测国家标准颁布后,在PCO企业应用情况及其对企业经营的促进作用,不仅可以为PCO企业更好地应用这些标准提供依据,也可以为监测标准的改进提供科学依据。

Objective The Pest Control Operations（ PCOs） are the major players undertaking the vectors surveillance. The application situation of the Four Vector Surveillance Standards（ FVSS） in the PCOs was analyzed,and the promotion of the FVSS on the business of PCOs was investigated at the same time. Methods In the study,questionnaire method was used to investigate the knowing and application of the PCOs on the FVSS,the promotion function of FVSS on the business of PCOs and the problem of execution of FVSS by the PCOs. Results As the results shown,93. 2 percent of PCOs indicated their knowing of the FVSS＇s promulgation and above 70 percent of them had performed self-teaching lesson on FVSS. More than 90 percent of PCOs had applicated the FVSS,and believed that the application of FVSS could standardize their surveillance on vectors and improve the quality level of the vector control service. However,some problems were also viewed from the surveying.The application of FVSS didn＇t display noticeable effection on staff examination and benefit improvement of PCOs,and the teaching and application of FVSS aiming at PCOs should be strengthened latterly. Conclusion The application situation of FVSS and promotion of FVSS on vector control issiue for PCO coorperations were elucidated,which provide the guidline not only for the using of the FVSS by the PCOs but also for the modification of FVSS latterly.
