摘要
目的掌握邯郸市淡色库蚊幼虫对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性水平。方法在室内条件下分别采用幼虫浸渍法测定半数致死浓度(LC50);将淡色库蚊幼虫分别放入用5种杀虫剂(溴氰菊酯、仲丁威、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、敌敌畏)制备的系列浓度药液中,观察死亡率,计算抗性倍数RR。结果邯郸市淡色库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯、仲丁威、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯均产生了不同程度的抗药性,抗性倍数分别为15.17、5.50、35.33、20.18,其中以氯菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯抗性较高。结论邯郸市在防治淡色库蚊幼虫时应减少高效氯氰菊酯的使用,可增加仲丁威等氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂的使用;淡色库蚊对杀虫剂的抗性应加强监测,采取以环境治理为基础的综合防治策略。
Objective To evaluate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to five commonly used insecticides in Handan City. Methods Under laboratory conditions,the larval dipping method was applied to measure the median lethal concentration( LC50). Batches of Cx. pipiens pallens larvae were exposed to five insecticide residues( deltamethrin,fenobucarb,beta-cypermethrin,permethrin and DDVP) in glass jars to determine their lethality rates. Resistance ratios were calculated as RR of the susceptible strains. Results The results indicated that the field collected strain of Cx. pipiens pallens was resistant to 4 kinds of insecticides,with the resistance ratioes of 15. 17,5. 50,35. 33 and 20. 18 to deltamethrin,fenobucarb,beta-cypermethrin and permethrin respectively. Conclusion Integrated managements should be conducted in Cx. pipiens pallens control in Handan City.
