紫苏醛型紫苏不同种质中紫苏醛含量变化规律研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究紫苏醛型种质紫苏醛含量变化规律。方法:建立紫苏醛含量检测的快速方法,对9个不同种质的紫苏叶进行不同日期、部位和时间取样,并测定紫苏醛含量。结果和结论:9个紫苏醛种质的紫苏醛平均含量为0.05%~0.32%,有4个种质的平均含量在0.25%以上。一般来说顶部叶紫苏醛含量最高,而且变化较大,开花前出现高峰值,之后骤降;中部叶紫苏醛含量明显低于顶部叶,一般开花前达到峰值后,含量较稳定;底部叶紫苏醛含量最大值出现在花果生长期,随后一直下降。不同种质也不甚一致。种质因素是影响紫苏醛含量的首要因素,采摘部位和采样日期次之,一天内的采摘时间则影响不大。 Objective: To study the change pattern of perillaldehyde content in perillaldehyde type germplasms. Methods: An HPLC method for the quick determination of perillaldehyde content was established. Samples of Perilla frutescens leaves from 9 different germplasms were collected at different dates, locations and times, and perillaldehyde content of the samples was determined. Results and Conclusion: The average content of perillaldehyde in the 9 perilla germplasms was 0. 05% -0. 32% , and the average contents of 4 germplasms were above 0. 25%. In general the top leaf perillalde- hyde content is the highest, and the variety is bigger, highest before flowering, then drop after; middle leaf content is little lower than top leaf, the highest content appears generally before flowering, then relatively stable; the peak content of the bottom leaf occurs in the growth period of flower and fruit, then declining. Different germplasm is not very consistent. Germplasm is the most important factors affecting the content of Perilla frutescens, and follows by the picking time and sampling date, but the picking time in the same day had little effect.
