摘要
目的:研究农药溴氰菊酯、氟啶虫胺腈分别对金银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷含量的影响,为两种农药的合理使用提供参考。方法:采用田间试验的方法采集金银花样品,样品经70%乙醇超声提取后,采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器法(HPLC-UV法)测定样品中绿原酸、木犀草苷的含量,对含量结果进行统计学分析。结果:两年两地的试验结果显示溴氰菊酯、氟啶虫胺腈对金银花中绿原酸和木犀草苷的平均含量与空白组相比均无显著性影响(P>0.05)。结论:溴氰菊酯、氟啶虫胺腈对金银花品质无不良影响,可用于金银花蚜虫的防治。
Objective: To research the effects of deltamethrin and sulfoxaflor on the content of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin in honeysuckle and provide reference for the rational use of the two pesticides. Methods: Field experiments were conducted and the collected honeysuckle samples were extracted with 70% ethanol under ultrasound assistance, detected by HPLC with ultraviolet detector and determined by external standard method. Results: The results showed that there was no significant effect(P 〉 0. 05 )on the average content of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin between the experimental group and the blank control group. Conclusion: Deltamethrin and sulfoxaflor had no adverse effects on the quality of honeysuckle and could be used for the prevention and control of aphids during the cultivation of Lonicera japonica.
