摘要
卫星数字直播车一般是指配备了音视频采集系统和卫星传输系统的专用车,通常也称之为DSNG（Digital Satellite News Gathering）,其核心就是依据欧洲卫星数字电视广播标准而设计的传输系统。本文基于安徽电台卫星直播车项目的需要,通过深入研究卫星传输系统的相关编码理论和参数,对安徽电台卫星直播车的传输系统进行规划和设计,具有提高现场直播的时效性、增强现场直播节目的传输质量、节省发射功率、降低成本、增强广播电台品牌建设等方面的重要意义。
Digital satellite broadcast vehicles generally refers special vehicles equipped with audio and video acquisition system and satellite transmission systems, usually called DSNG（Digital Satellite News Gathering）. It is the transmission systems designed by the European satellite digital TV broadcasting standard. This subject Based on the needs of Anhui Radio satellite vehicles project, through in-depth studying related to coding theory and parameters of satellite transmission systems, which is significant of transmission system planning and design for Anhui digital satellite broadcast vehicles on improving the timeliness and enhance transmission quality live broadcast program, saving transmission power, reduce costs, and enhance brand-building radio stations and other aspects.
