乳酸杆菌作为外源基因呈递载体的研究进展

摘要 乳酸杆菌作为新型的一类饲料添加剂,可以很好地调节动物体内的肠道菌群,增强动物机体的免疫力,促进动物的生长,亦能够激发肠道的免疫系统产生各类免疫球蛋白与细胞因子,以加速淋巴细胞的分化,对肠道黏膜免疫起着十分有益的促进作用。所以,将乳酸杆菌表达系统作为重组疫苗的选择是十分安全的,且经过许多学者的研究发现,乳酸杆菌用作口服疫苗传递载体也可行有效。本文对乳酸杆菌作为外源基因呈递载体作一个简单的综述。
