N-乙酰半胱氨酸对慢性热应激肉鸡肾脏功能损伤的缓解作用 被引量:6

Alleviated effects of N-acetylcysteine on renal function injury in heat stressed broilers

摘要 为研究热应激对肉鸡肾脏功能的影响及N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)的缓解作用,试验选择健康雏鸡60只,随机分为对照组、热应激组、热应激+NAC组,每组20只。对照组按照肉鸡饲养标准饲养,热应激组、热应激+NAC组模拟热应激环境,分别饮用自来水和0.2%的NAC水溶液,于28,35日龄时分别测定血清中尿酸、肌酐、尿素含量。结果表明:与对照组比较,28,35日龄时热应激组肉鸡血清尿酸、肌酐、尿素含量均显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);与热应激组比较,热应激+NAC组肉鸡血清尿酸、肌酐、尿素含量均显著或极显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明饮水中添加0.2%NAC可有效缓解热应激状态下肉鸡肾脏功能的损伤。 The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of heat stress on the renal function of broilers and the alleviation of N-acetylcysteine( NAC). 60 healthy chicks were randomly divided into control group,heat stress group and heat stress + NAC group. There were20 chicks in each group. and each group of 20. The control group was fed according to the standard of broiler rearing. Heat stress group,heat stress + NAC group were fed in heat stress environment and drank with tap water and 0. 2% NAC aqueous solution. At the age of 28 and35 days,some serum parameters including uric acid,creatine and urea were determined. The results showed that serum uric acid,creatinine and urea were significantly or extremely significantly increased in the heat stress group( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01) at 28 and 35 days of age when compared with the control group. Compared with the heat stress group,the levels of serum uric acid,creatinine and urea in broilers of heat stress + NAC group were significantly or extremely significantly decreased( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01). These results indicated that adding 0. 2%NAC to drinking water could effectively relieve the damage of renal function in broilers under the condition of heat stress.
