"中蒙俄经济走廊"建设合作的有利因素众多,不利因素客观存在,充分调动有利因素,努力化解不利因素,是顺利推进建设合作、实现其战略价值的关键所在。鉴此,需要切实找准重点着力方向:加强"民心相通"、消除战略互疑,加强"政策沟通"、搞好规则制度对接,切实将"合作共赢"理念贯彻于共建行动,充分调动相邻地区和企业的积极性,同"一带一路""一带一盟"及"欧亚全面伙伴关系"建设相互配合,努力抵御外部不友好势力及内部消极力量的干扰牵制。

The China-Mongolia-Russian economic corridor has very important strategic value tor economic and social development of the three countries, the Belt and Road, and Northeast Asian regional economic integration. Corridor＇s construction has both favorable and unfavorable factors. The key point is that three countries should bring all positive factors into play to dissolve the adverse factors and achieve its strategic value. As such, three countries need to find out the key focus points： strengthening people-to-people bond, eliminating strategic mutual suspicion, enhancing policy coordination, improving integration of the systems of rules and achieving win-win cooperation.
