“专家引领—骨干辐射—教师实践”三级培训模式实践研究

摘要 要提高教师培训实效,就必须改革现行的教师培训方式。文章主要研究“专家引领-骨干辐射-教师实践”三级教师培训模式,一是通过专家引领,促进骨干成长;二是通过骨干辐射,拓展培训层面;三是通过教师实践,增强培训实效。全面创新教师培训,成为提升农村县域教师专业素养的科学有效的路径。
