中草药朱砂莲煎剂对仔猪腹泻治疗效果试验

Therapeutic Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine Aristolochia Tuberosa C.F.Liang et S.M.Hwang Decoction on Piglet Diarrhea

为探讨中草药朱砂莲对仔猪腹泻的治疗效果,用不同浓度(10%、30%、50%、70%、90%)朱砂莲煎剂对腹泻仔猪进行治疗试验,以硫酸安普霉素粉剂治疗作为对照组进行对比试验。经过3 d治疗后,5个试验组均有治疗效果,治愈率达40%~80.95%,朱砂莲煎剂浓度高于50%的试验组治愈率明显高于对照组,剂量以1 mL/kg、浓度70%为最佳。结论:朱砂莲在兽医临床上对于治疗仔猪腹泻有明显效果。

To investigate the therapeutic effect of Ctlinese herbal medicine on the Ariistolochia tuberosa C.F.Liang et S.M.Hwang on piglet diarrhea, with different concentrations （ ten percent,thirty percent, fifty percent, seventy percent, ninety percent）Aristolochia tuberosa C.F.Liang et S.M.Hwang decoction on diarrhea piglets were treated with test. Apramycin sulfate powder treatment as a control group for comparison test. After three days＇ treatment, five groups had curative effect, the cure rate is forty percent to eighty point nine five percent, the test group Aristolochia tuberosa C.F.Liang et S.M.Hwang decoction concentration higher than fifty percent of the cure rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, the dose to 1 mL/kg, the concentration of seventy percent was the best. Conclusion ： Aristolochia tuberosa C.F.Liang et S.M.Hwang has obvious effect on the treatment of piglet diarrhea in veterinary clinic.
