穴位电针麻醉技术在兽医外科手术中的应用

Application of Acupoint Electroacupuncture Anesthesia in Veterinary Surgery

为了进一步提高对电针麻醉镇痛效果的观察了解,试验采用穴位电针麻醉方法施行牛瘤胃切开术进行麻醉效果观察。通过选择穴位组合,实施电针麻醉技术,记录试验过程中的电刺激参数、麻醉效果等数据并进行比对、分析。结果:穴位电针麻醉手术进程良好,出血量少,无不良反应,麻醉效果评定为优级。

In order to further improve the observation of analgesic effect of electroacupuncture anesthesia, the anesthetic effect of bovine rumen incision by acupoint electric acupuncture was observed. By selecting the combination of acupoints, the electric-hemp technique was used to record the data of the electric stimulation parameters and anesthetic effect in the experimental process. Results： The acupuncture point electroacupuucture anesthesia operation process is good, the hemorrhage quantity is few, no adverse reaction, the anesthetic effect evaluates is the superior grade.
