摘要
试验采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直凝胶电泳法(PAGE)对普安银鲫子一代2种组织(肌肉、肝脏)中3种酶类[乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、酯酶(EST)、苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)]进行了初步研究。结果表明,普安银鲫子一代的3种同工酶系统具有不同程度的组织差异性。LDH同工酶在普安银鲫的2种组织中检测到的酶带较多,酶活性在肌肉中略高。EST和MDH同工酶在普安银鲫的肌肉和肝脏中共检测到的酶带较少,酶活性在肝脏中较强。
LDH, EST, MDH isoenzymes in two tissues ( muscle, liver) of first filial generation of Carassius auratus gibelio were studied preliminarily by PAGE. The results showed that isoenzyme system of the Carassius auratus gibelio has three kinds of different levels of tissue-specific. Higher LDH activity was observed in the muscle with abundant bands. Higher EST and MDH activity in the liver than the muscle, and they were detected fewer bands than LDH in the tow kinds of tissues.
