摘要
以腹板开孔及不开孔HF2轻钢龙骨复合墙体作为研究对象,通过ANSYS数值模拟分析龙骨高度、厚度、闭合区高度比对传热及热桥效应的影响。对HF2轻钢龙骨复合墙体承载力、保温性、耐久性进行简述。同时,对影响墙体传热性能的三个孔洞参数进行分析,包括:孔的长度、孔的宽度、腹板开孔排数。研究结果表明:腹板开孔能够有效地减少HF2轻钢龙骨复合墙体热量损失,降低热桥效应;龙骨高度增大,厚度减小,闭合区高度比减小均能使墙体传热系数减小,以满足保温要求。孔洞长度、开孔排数对墙体传热性能有较大影响,孔洞宽度几乎无影响。
With web opening and the opening of HF2 light steel framed composite wall as the research object,the effects of keel height,thickness,height ratio of closed area on the heat transfer and heat bridge effect of the closed area were analyzed by using ANSYS.The HF2 light steel framed composite wall’s bearing capacity,heat insulation and durability were reviewed in the paper.At the same time,the parameters of the three holes affecting the heat transfer performance of the wall were analyzed,including:hole length,hole width,the row number of web openings.The results showed that web opening could effectively reduce the heat loss of the HF2 light steel framed composite wall,and reduce heat bridge effect;in the case of increasing the keel height or decreasing the thickness and height ratio of closed area could make the heat transfer coefficient of the wall decreased,so as to meet the requirements of thermal insulation.The hole length and row number of holes had a significant influence on the wall heat transfer performance of the wall,while the hole width had little effect.
