摘要
基于现有纤维复合材料加固技术,对目前预应力碳纤维板锚具的技术特点和适用性予以分析。通过概念设计,提出了一套针对钢梁及钢-混凝土组合梁加固的预应力碳纤维板张拉-锚固装置的整体结构及工作原理,通过详细设计计算,研究锚固体系各个部件的构造和功能。结合三维实体模型和有限元数值分析,给出了锚具的空间应力和变形情况,检验锚具在碳纤维板张拉至破坏下的强度和稳定性。最后对该套锚固体系的优点和张拉工艺作了阐述。
The technical features and application ranges of anchorage systems of current prestressed CFRP plates were analyzed on the basis of existing fiber composites reinforcement techniques.The integral structure and working principle of the tension-anchor device were proposed by conceptual design which was used for steel beams and steelconcrete composite beams.The structure details and function of each member of the anchorage system were studied by detailed design and calculation.The spatial stress and deformation of the anchorage were presented combined with 3D solid models and FEM numerical analysis.The strength and stability of the anchorage were examined when the CFRP plates subjected to tensile load up to failure.Finally,the advantages and tension process of the anchorage system were expounded.
