摘要
为了评估燃气轮机发电机组引起的振动对基础和主厂房结构安全的影响,提出了采用振动测试技术与房屋结构检测技术相结合的方法对基础和主厂房安全性进行综合评估研究。对上海市某热电厂燃气发电机组振动引发的基础和钢结构厂房振动进行了监测,采用傅里叶变换对发电机和周边环境的振动频谱特性及传递规律等进行了分析,并总结其传递规律;结合结构检测方法对基础和厂房结构完损性和损坏趋势进行评估,评定安全等级并给出处理意见。
In order to assess the safety of the structural base and main workshop affected by generator-induced vibration,a comprehensive assessment method combined the vibration testing technique and building structure detection technique was proposed.The vibration of the base and steel structure workshop induced by generator was monitored in a thermal power plant in Shanghai.The vibration frequency spectrum characteristics between the generator and the nearby system were analyzed by Fourier transform,and the transfer rule was summarized;the integrity and damage tendency of the base and workshop were evaluated by structure detection method,furthermore,the safety degree of the structure was assessed and some improvements were proposed.The research could provide a reference for environment assessment standards affected by generator-induced vibration.
