摘要
农村薄弱学校教育质量低下一直是制约我国义务教育公平的瓶颈。教师质量对于学生成绩有重要的影响,因此,提升农村师资水平有利于促进教育公平。诞生于美国伊利诺伊州芝加哥城的教师教育项目"金苹果学者计划",主要负责为伊利诺伊州薄弱学校招收、培养及留住卓越教师,以提升学生的学业成绩,增强学生的公平竞争力。"金苹果学者计划"实施近三十年,已取得了显著成效。其成功经验可为我国湖南、江西、重庆等省市的农村公费定向师范生的招收和培养提供借鉴。
The low education quality in rural weak school is the bottlenecks to restrict fairness of compulsory education in our country. As teacher quality is important to students' achievement,improving rural teacher quality will be helpful to achieve fairness of compulsory education.The teacher education program:The Golden Apple Scholars of Illinois Program which was born in Chicago,Illinois,aims to recruit,prepare and keep greatteachers for high-need schools to improve its students' achievement to enhance the students' fair competition ability. The program has achieved remarkable results over in almost 30 years,and its successful experience can give us some thoughts on recruiting and preparing in rural free and oriented normal student in Hunan,Jiangxi and Chongqing of China.
