摘要病例1，女，23岁，1个月前因右侧甲状腺结节在外院行甲状腺细针穿刺活检。超声检查：右侧甲状腺内可见一范围约30.0 mm×20.9 mm低回声灶，边界清，内部回声不均匀，其中央可见一范围约6.0 mm×5.7 mm不规则无回声区；
