口腔颌面锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)是一种新型的口腔影像学检查方法,它的放射剂量低、图像失真少、空间分辨率高,正逐步应用于口腔临床各个学科的诊疗中。与传统影像学方法相比,CBCT在诊断遗漏根管、根折和根管穿孔,观察根尖周病变,判断根管疗效及辅助疏通钙化根管等方面具有较大优势。充分利用CBCT的辅助检查,将对牙体牙髓的临床诊疗产生极大的帮助。

Cone-beam computed tomography（CBCT） is an emerging oral imaging technology. It is widely used in dental practice due to its low radiation dose,non-distorted image and high spatial resolution. Compared with traditional imaging technology,CBCT has a greater advantage in observation of complex and periapical lesions,diagnosis of omissive root canal,root fractures,root canal perforation,assisting dredging calcified root canal and judging the efficacy of root canal therapy. It is of great help to clinical diagnosis and treatment if CBCT can be made full use in endodontics.
