摘要 微生物会生长在水性涂料涂层表面,特别是在潮湿的环境下,会造成涂层的变色、性状变化等,添加防霉剂是防止微生物生长的有效手段。OIT/DCOIT/IPBC/BCM是当前水性建筑涂料最常用的防霉剂活性成分,本文从各种活性物的防霉性能、抗菌性能以及耐候性等方面出发,对4种活性物的防霉性能进行了全面的对比。数据显示各种活性物成分有各自的特点,因而也需考虑相应的应用条件。本文旨在为防霉剂在水性建筑涂料中的应用提供一个参考。 Microorganisms tend to grow on waterborne coating especially in humid environment, which might bring both discoloration and damage to the coating. Fungicide is a key element preventing fungal growth on coating surface. OIT/DCOIT/IPBC/BCM is the typical fungicide active substance available in current waterborne architectural coating market. The fungicide efficiency, antibacterial efficiency and weathering resistance of these actives are investigated. The result shows that each of these actives has its own properties in various aspects, hence is suitable for different formulation and applications. This article is expected to give areferencefor application of fungicide in waterborne architectural coatings.
