摘要
采用甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)及乙二醇为原料,以强酸性离子交换树脂为催化剂,合成了一种环境友好型涂料助剂——乙二醇叔丁基醚(ETB)。通过实验室小试和中试研究了反应温度、反应空速及反应压力对反应转化率的影响,并成功应用在国内首套万吨级工业装置,打破了国外产品和技术的垄断。
As driven environmental friendly add the "solvent-to-waterborne" regulation in the coatings industry, a kind of itive for coatings has been developed. Specifically, an ethylene glycol tertiary butyl ether (ETB) has been prepared by using methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) and ethylene glycol as main raw materials and acid ionic exchange resin as catalyst. The influence of reaction temperature, reaction speed and pressure on the conversion of ETB is investigated via small and medium scale experiments in lab. The prepared ETB has been successfully applied in industrial facility, which broke down the technical monopoly conducted by overseas products.
